DIYTrustBuilder.com is a project within a recognized 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based PMA. All educational tools, templates, AI, and offerings are governed solely within this private ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership Rights:

All site content, educational products, logos, product names, and material—including all trust templates and educational videos—are protected under Common Law Copyright and Trademark protections. Unauthorized use is prohibited and subject to enforcement.

4.2 Member Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Use strong passwords and avoid sharing access with others.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

5.1 Private Dispute Resolution Framework:

Any and all grievances must be handled within the PMA’s private ecclesiastical dispute resolution process. Grievances must be reported to a Founding Director within three (3) days of the incident or they may be deemed waived.

5.2 No Public Legal Claims Permitted:

As a private entity, we do not recognize or consent to public jurisdiction or corporate legal systems. Any dispute must be resolved internally and will not be subject to outside courts, agencies, or statutory authorities.

6.1 Required Conduct:
