These products are educational in nature and provide instant access to proprietary materials. Your purchase represents a commitment to the private learning process.
1.2 Custom Documents & Personalized Trust Tools
If you purchase any customized trust paperwork, personalized documents, or any tailored support tools, these are non-refundable. These offerings require time, research, and administrative effort that cannot be reclaimed once initiated.
1.3 Educational Resources & Courses
All digital products such as PDFs, eBooks, webinars, AI-based tools, and on-demand trust education videos are non-refundable. These educational materials are delivered instantly or with reserved access, and all purchases are final.
1.4 Consultations & Advisory Calls
All scheduled private consultations or educational advisory sessions—whether by phone, Zoom, or in writing—are non-refundable once booked. Missed calls or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling unless approved in advance.
1.5 Donations & Contributions
All financial contributions, including any donation-based support to our ministry or the Ruth Harmison Foundation Trust Giveaway, are non-refundable. These gifts are given freely to support our faith-based mission and educational outreach.

1.7 All Other Offerings
Any additional products, services, or future offerings not explicitly listed above are also non-refundable. By making a purchase through our site, you acknowledge that all offerings exist within the private domain of our ministry and are not governed by public consumer law.
